ideal base for exploring local attractions and parks

after a week of hiking, our 2-night stay was a wonderful recharge, with easily accessible nearby attractions like Penlee Park and Jubilee Pool for lovely strolls, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

Breakfast featured excellent tailored options.

The two hosts are really incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very tasty! The location is very good, within a promenade from nice restaurants. At the same time the house is very quiet. There are also enough parking spaces at the roadside.

Homely atmosphere with personalized guest care.

During our 6-night stay, the bathroom situation was quite troubling. We faced complaints regarding our bathroom light disturbing other guests. We found the breakfast hours restrictive and the variety lacking.

Location: the hotel was just off town centre and sea front, the bay and center and ferry. Our breakfast was delicious and marvellous for my needs.

The location was particularly good and ideal, for example, a municipal garden was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. We found it in a nice enough area close to Penzance in future, the stunning park or the sea front and bus station.

Cozy, clean room with a private bathroom and a tv. Fresh milk available for tea, avoiding plastic waste, and a bathtub for washing off sand made it a nice touch.

Breakfast hours restricted to 8-9 caused rushed mornings, with limited variety leading to disappointment. Accessible only by a brisk 20-minute walk from the bus and train stations, not ideal with luggage.

This stay was amazing! Breakfast was the highlight—delicious cooked to order! My room was also super comfortable, but I did miss having milk available for tea in the room.

Such a charming place, if only the long breakfast wait wasn't so excessive, and they really struggle with noisy bathroom lights disturbing others. I half expected a complimentary spa day for the inconvenience but, low and behold, that didn't happen. Honestly, I wanted to write a good review, but alas it just wasn't meant to be.

The double room was super comfy with a private bathroom with a bath and shower combo. It had free toiletries, body soap, towels, and a tv. There was also a kettle for tea, hypoallergenic pillows, and heating. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, prepared each morning. Such a treat!

The location was excellent for evening strolls, being close to the prom for a brisk walk. The hosts provided a personalized service, our stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurt.

There were occasional noise disturbances from the environment.
